We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, as our parts are designed for various bus models and years, please verify compatibility before ordering. If you're unsure, please call us at 888-402-1661 before placing your order.
All prices are in US Dollars. Items marked "Call for Price" require a phone quote as pricing may vary based on specifications, quantity, or current material costs. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your location and order size.
All orders are subject to confirmation. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order, including stock availability or pricing discrepancies.
All online transactions are processed securely. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.
For custom fabrication work or large orders, we provide written quotes. A deposit may be required for custom work before production begins.
We accept returns on unused, undamaged parts within 30 days of purchase. Parts must be in original condition and packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a defective part, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Yes! We offer custom fabrication services with state-of-the-art Fiber Laser and Plasma cutting. Send us your CAD files or hand-drawn sketches and we'll provide a quote.
If you don't see what you need, give us a call! We may have it in stock but not listed, or we can fabricate it for you. We're always adding new parts based on customer needs.
